The Collecteco Catalogue

We have heard your feedback and we are changing the way our catalogue works. We have a lot of projects on currently and because we also have a lot of demand, catalogues that get uploaded to the website become out of date within minutes. We understand this can be frustrating as the “Expression of Interest” doesn’t guarantee you will be getting the item. In order to combat this, we are now asking that you send us a wishlist and we will pair you up to the best project that can source the majority, if not all, of what you need. In the rare case, we can’t help you straight away, we will add you to a waiting list for those items.

So for future projects, please fill out the form below so we can match you to the best project. After filling out the wishlist form we will get in touch to schedule a meeting to discuss your options going forward.

How to Order Items

Once you have registered your good cause here, our team will check things through and let you know once you’re ready to start browsing The Collecteco Catalogue.

The Collecteco Catalogue shows the range of furniture, equipment and materials available for you to receive. We have organised the inventories by location, to avoid us having to quote multiple delivery costs to you. Your good cause is welcome to order as much as you need, don’t be shy!

When you have found what you are looking for – add to basket and submit the order request. Once this has happened, we will take a look at your order, calculate a delivery cost (if applicable) and let you know the next steps.

Please note:

– Please only checkout if all items in cart are from the same inventory/catalogue.
– You must checkout multiple times if you are ordering from multiple inventories/catalogues.

– No order is too big! If we can’t help you on this project then we will make sure we help you on the next one.

What Good Causes Have to Say

“I just want to pass on my thanks for all your help with these items. They will have saved us thousands of pounds which will have a huge impact. From a rough estimate, this means that we’ll be able to install PCs into classrooms enabling 4,500 students to learn vital IT skills.

Beyond this, we estimate that the environmental impact from your donations will offset 70 tonnes of CO2 emissions, which is the equivalent of planting 175 trees!”

James Turing

Founder and CEO, The Turing Trust

“The Collecteco Team have gone above and beyond for the Great Western Air Ambulance Charity. We have required some furniture for our premises in South Bristol, which Steve provided great quality, good communication and an excellent delivery cost.

We are moving to a new base in the latter part of 2018 and Collecteco have once again risen to the challenge by offering Collecteco’s support during this pivotal time for the air ambulance covering Bristol and the surrounding areas.”

Joe Hughes

Community Fundraising Coordinator, Great Western Air Ambulance Charity

“Collecteco is such an excellent idea.

The servers we received were in excellent condition and one was even still in warranty. We’ve now got enough to run experiments on, host a Minecraft server for teaching kids about coding, control our access systems and run CAD workshops.

Thank you very much Collecteco!”

Tim Neobard

Director, East Essex Hackspace CIC
